Looking to join a growing Real Estate Photography team?

At BCP, we are constantly looking for more talented creatives to join our ever-growing team of real estate photography professionals. We’re a little biased, but we think that our line of work and structure offers some of the most fun, freedom, and flexibility available!

Whether you have 5 years or 5 weeks of experience, we have mastered the art of partnering with photographers and working with them to capture properties the BCP way. No worries if you haven’t shot much real estate (or any)—we’ll take care of that!

While there are key markets that we are most actively pursuing growth in, we would love to chat with you regardless of where you’re based!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • If you're interested in partnering with us a member of the team, feel free to reach out to ben@thebcp.com.

    From there, we'll talk through your background, experience, and equipment and determine how we could best work together.

  • If, after our initial conversations, we decide to move forward, we will set up a few training sessions.

    These mock shoots will be entirely stress-free with no firm expectations. The only goal is to show you how we like to shoot properties.

  • Once you're trained up and ready to jump out into the field, you will start getting shoots with our amazing clients!

    The best part of the BCP structure is that your own business will grow as our company grows. We're constantly expanding into new markets and partnering with new clients, resulting in ever-present demand.
