Our bulk, prepaid packages are designed to give high-volume clients the ability to save money on their shoots. Through our bundles of five, fifteen, thirty, and unlimited shoots, clients can purchase shoots ahead of time at discounted rates compared to paying per individual shoot.

We cover the entirety of Kentucky, northern Tennessee, southern Indiana, southern Ohio, southwest Virginia, western West Virginia, eastern Missouri, and southern Illinois. If you need a shoot outside of our regular coverage area, let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it happen!

For pictures only shoot (which includes drone and handheld shots), you’ll have your pictures back the day after your shoot. For shoots that involve video, it’s best to expect around 2-3 days. For other shoot types, such as 360 tours, the delivery times are usually within 1-3 days as well.

No need at all for you to be present! As long as we have a way to access the property (such as a lockbox or seller present to grant entry), we’re completely comfortable taking care of the shoot without you being present. However, if you’d like to be there, by all means feel free to do so!

While the weather is often the most unpredictable part of our industry, we’ve gotten pretty good at dealing with it over the years. If the rain is very light or scattered, we usually are able to squeeze shoots in. However, if the rain is so heavy that we’re unable to make the shoot happen, you can simply schedule another time for us to capture the property!

BCP is proud of our expansive team of photographers spread out across our coverage area. Each photographer tends to cover the same general area for most of their workload, allowing us to take care of as many clients as we can on a daily basis. Because of that, if your shoots are limited to the same geographic area, there’s a good chance you’ll always work with the same 1-3 photographers. However, if you have listings across a large area, you’re likely to meet more members of our team!

Our photos tell the story of every property we capture—what makes that piece of real estate special. All of our pictures only jobs are delivered in 24 hours or less, allowing you to get it to market as quickly as possible. Why rely upon iPhone or cheap photography when you can professinally market your listing?

Through our real estate video and virtual tours, we allow prospective buyers to get a feel for what a listing has to offer. While pictures are great for providing overviews of a property, videos take that to the next level by adding a touch of cinematic brilliance to your marketing.

DRONE
All of picture only, video only, and pictures and video services automatically include drone imagery for free! Unless the weather, airspace restrictions, or other governmental regulations prohibit it, we take to the skies at each our listings. Let’s take your marketing content to new heights!

3D TOURS
With our 3D tours, prospective buyers are able to not just see the property through the single view of whatever is captured in a picture or video; instead, they are able to freely maneuver the point of view across the entire house. Through this amazing technology, a viewer can feel as though they are there in the house.

FPV Drone Videos
Show off your property like never before! FPV (first person view) drone videos provide a new, breathtaking approach to marketing listings. While traditional drone and handheld videos are powerful tools, FPV drone visuals provide even more attention-grabbing media for you to utilize.

Floor Plans
We can floor plans to any 3D/360 tour shoot to allow you and your sellers to get a high-quality floor plan illustration of the property. This will enable you to get the dimensions of rooms and provide a "blueprint" of what the property entails.

Add a highlight video to any property where we've captured a video, catered towards TikTok and Instagram/Facebook Reels. These are awesome for social media!
